Westpac NRL
Magic Round & State of Origin

The brief was to get the new Westpac Match Ball branding in everyones hands. We touch the old concept of a cash grab machine, tipped it on it's head and build a whole heap of custom tech. Fan go head to head trying to catch as meany balls as they can as they drop from above at random sequence. Writing custom Raspberry Pi code to randomly activate 5v relays which would in turn release a ball was the mechanic we created. We then build custom hosted websites pulling data form the tech in real time to live display the scores on the big screens. Catch & Keep has had enormous crowds at every match day and fan day experience.
